Date with Daddy

I've been taking Ella on "dates" lately, and they've become such a highlight for her that she's always asking me to take her on dates now. I take Drew on similar one-on-one outings - we just don't call them dates. :-) Ella loves getting dressed up. I got her the scarf she has on here on a previous date, which she picked out on her own. Last night, while we were eating at KFC on our date (that's where she always want to go, and there's not really many other options for her), I told her that one day there might be a boy who would want to take her on a date. I asked her if she would want to go on a date with someone other than me, and she looked at me kind of funny and said emphatically, "No!" I hope she still feels that way when she's 16!
