June 10

Several months ago I decided I wanted to contribute more to the blog which is why I wrote the last post. I also wanted to capture the moments, actually write them down, so we would have a place to go to remember all that's happened in our lives. So in an effort to do more of that, on the 10th of every month I will be taking pictures of life here every hour for 10 consecutive hours - ten on ten. My first go at it was yesterday and let me tell you....it wasn't easy. Number one: I'm not used to lugging Tripp's 20 pound camera [that's just the lens so add another 10 pounds for the actual camera] around with me, number two: I am NOT a photographer, number 3: life is extremely busy with three littles and whipping the camera out trying to take a picture with someone hanging onto your leg or wanting to be held is a little difficult. BUT I did it....with a little help from Tripp at the end of the day. So here's our day yesterday in pictures:

there's no picture for this hour. Just imagine craziness. We're hosting dinner for 16, Tripp and I are trying to get the kids fed and ready for bed, I'm trying to clean up the house, cook and a hundred other things so no time for a picture.
